First you need to connect to Indicate all details about your shipment, click on ‘Create a shipment’. Chose the option you want, fill in the form to register and chose your payment method. Then, you will receive a confirmation email and airway bill (or booking reference number). Kindly print it out and label it on the document /parcel. The transporter will come to collect your shipment as confirmed.
If you cannot remember your password, click on ‘Forgot password’ in the signup page. You will then be required to indicate your email for a safe reset. Check your emails and create a new password.
Signing up for a account is quite simple and fast. Click on ‘Loging/Sign up on the top right hand side of the home page then follow the steps on the ‘Create an account’ section. You just have to fill in a few details and that’s it! After that you will receive a confirmation email and you can immediately create a shipment.
When your shipment is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number. Enter this number in the ‘Track’ section and the status of your shipment will be displayed.
Packing should be made and organized by the sender. The parcel should be ready when you place your order. Please refer to the ‘how to pack’ page to make sure your parcel is packed safely.
Your parcel could be delayed or even stopped at the customs for different reasons:
  • The content indicated does not correspond to the content in the parcel (kindly be as accurate as possible when describing the content in your parcel)
  • The documents required for customs are not detailed enough (kindly fill in all forms and provide all details)
  • The content is not allowed (please refer to the prohibited items)
  • The content requires the payment of extra duties or taxes
In the event of the package being stopped, the recipient should contact the transporter in the destination country. It is important to indicate all contact details of the recipient so that customs/transporter can contact him/her easily.
This is the process to follow to get an estimate for your shipping:
  • Indicate if your shipment is for UAE or International
  • Enter pick-up and delivery locations
  • Indicate the package type, its measurements and weight
  • Click on ‘Create shipment’ and you will see the estimates
The weight and measurements for a shipping (document or parcel) will affect the price asked by the transporter.
If you provide inaccurate information, for instance under estimated weight and measurements, this will have the following result:
  • The transporter might reconsider completing the shipment at pick up and you will not be able to make any claim
  • You will be charged the price that matches with the real weight and measurement
  • Your shipping might be refused at the transporter’s warehouse and you will have to pay all expenses incurred to return it to you
  • The shipping might take a longer time than indicated
When you book an order on, the list of prohibited items is indicated to you. If your shipment contains those items they will be refused by the transporter. If you have any questions, kindly contact us.
